Delivery and Returns

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched on the same day or next working day, stock permitting. Orders placed after this time, or submitted on a Saturday/Sunday/public holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day. In the event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will be in touch to notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as we can.

Deliveries to UK addresses are FREE OF CHARGE and Royal Mail First Class service is used. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. The delivery timescales noted above are provided only as an estimate and are dependent on the postal service used. Goods will be sent to the address provided by you during your order and will need to be signed for upon receipt.

If you order products from our site outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase of the product for an exchange or refund. Please contact us prior to shipping your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The product was purchased in the last fourteen (14) days
* The product is in its original packaging/retains tags and labels
* The product isn't used or damaged
* You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Post and packaging charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. The returning item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we strongly advise that you use a recorded postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items, or those damaged in transit to us. We refund the price of the item, excluding postage. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post whilst being returned to us.

All refunds will be credited back via the original payment type. We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of having received the returned order. Please note that funds may take additional time to return to your account, depending on your bank provider’s terms. You will receive an email confirming the completion of your refund.
